actually, no roles except intel + mason recruit get skipped
if their source dies that night
scapegoats can no longer redeem into apprentices
limited killers (militia/alpha wolf): protection causes them to expend
their shot (shapeshifter still safe)
insomniac: test for dire wolf block (blocks don't count as visits)
